This experienced Senior Systems Engineer will have a variety of responsibilities- member of Projects Team and Escalation Lead when our report support team needs assistance. Projects will include Exchange to Office 365 Migrations, Windows Servers/Active Directory Upgrades/Migrations, Hyper V deployments, SonicWall Firewall, Implementing Wi-Fi solutions, etc. The candidate should not be opposed to performing a wide variety of IT projects ranging from large desktop deployments to complex server and network issues, as dictated by clients and available work. The Senior Systems Engineer will work with our Account Management and Business Development team to create to create Statements of Work for client facing proposal and attend client meetings as necessary. This position will report to our Director of Technical Services and is NOT a remote position.

5 + years of RECENT professional experience with an MSP highly preferred
Microsoft Windows (2016/2019 server) Implementation, Troubleshooting and Administration. High Level of Proficiency
Microsoft Exchange \Office 365 (administration\troubleshooting\migration)- High Level of Proficiency
SonicWall Firewall or other Commercial Grade Firewall ( Setup, Troubleshooting. VPN) - High Level of Proficiency
Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V)- High level of proficiency
Experience with ConnectWise, Labtech or similar products highly preferred
Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP certifications preferred.
Knowledge of VLANS, routing a plus.
Salary and Company Benefits
